Why purchase from KHHAISH?
Our candles are handmade with care and designed to offer a healthier, more sustainable alternative to store-bought options. While many mass-produced candles contain paraffin wax and chemicals that can be harmful to your health, khhaish candles are made to order, free from carcinogens, toxins, and other potentially harmful substances. We use natural soy wax, which provides a robust scent without the stress of emitting toxins. Plus, our soy wax is gentle enough to double as a massage oil in its liquid form.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Please use code: freeshipk.

Do you make custom labels for candles?
Custom labels are available for large orders of 5 or more candles. One custom label per order, please. We do not offer multiple custom labels per individual candle in a large order.

Do you offer a pickup option?
At this time, we do not offer a pickup option as we sell exclusively through our online store.

My candle wick doesn't stay lit. What can I do to prevent this?
To ensure a proper burn, trim the cotton wick before each use. It's essential to trim the wick on the first burn and every subsequent burn. Before trimming, break off any burnt residue. Additionally, allow the wax to completely melt to the edge of the jar for an even burn.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S.

What are your shipping rates?
Domestic shipments are charged a flat rate of $7.00. If you require express shipping, please contact us at hello@khhaish.com, and we’ll be happy to assist. All orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Returns 

SHIPPING
All domestic shipments are charged a flat rate of $7.00. If you require express shipping, please contact us at hello@khhaish.com and we'll be happy to assist. All candles are made to order and orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days from order date. You will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

RETURNS
We only accept returns for damaged items. If your candle arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us at hello@khhaish.com within one week from your delivery date with photographic proof of the damage. We will replace your candle at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within one week of receiving your order, provided the candle has not been used. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees.
